Our Committee
The Committee consists of three Office Bearers - President, Vice-President, and Secretary/Treasurer, and can have up to eight ordinary committee members.
Their primary role is to ensure the smooth running of the Club, taking key decisions on operational matters and setting out a longer-term strategy for events held.
Committee Members are nominated and voted on at the Club's Annual General Meeting in October.
Office Bearers
Since 1928, Presidential terms have been limited to two consecutive terms with their Vice-President traditionally succeeding them. The Secretary and Treasurer roles have no fixed term (with its longest holder lasting 33 years!).

Committee Members
Committee Members can serve a maximum three-year term before they must take a sabbatical of at least 12 months. Their primary responsibilities are to attend Committee meeting and vote on any proposals tabled by the Office Bearers or Events Team.
